I’m still here and plugging along – I had a bad eating day on day 18 and I missed my workout also – which was Cardio Recovery. I completed Cardio Power & Resistance yesterday, which was day 19 and today it’s…. Plyo again! Oh, my favorite! lol.

Rec’d a nice email from Greg this AM so that was great!
